Adrian joined UBS in September 2019 as Global Head of FX Distribution and was appointed
Global Head of Marco Sales in February 2024.

He has 30 years of industry expertise - prior to joining UBS he was Global Co-Head of FX, Local Markets and Commodity Derivatives at BNP Paribas where he worked for 7 years. Before BNP Paribas, Adrian spent 7 years at HSBC and 10 years with Goldman Sachs in various FX sales roles in both London and Hong Kong.

Adrian is Chair of the Board of GFXD – the Global FX Division of GFMA (Global Financial Markets Association) - and was a long-time member of the European Central Bank's FX Contact Group. He served as a founding member of the Market Participants Group that worked alongside several central banks globally on the creation of the FX Global Code. Prior to his departure from BNP Paribas he also occupied the role of Co-Vice Chair of the Global Foreign Exchange Committee, in which capacity he represented the industry in discussions around improving market functioning and conduct standards.

Adrian has a First-Class Joint Honours Degree in French and Russian from Oxford University.
