Emmanuelle Assouan has been Chief Executive Officer of Financial Stability and Operations since January 2023 and Chair of the Climate Change Centre of the Banque de France.

She has successively held positions related to financial stability, payments and market infrastructures, as well as the management of the Banque de France's foreign exchange reserves, the implementation of monetary policy and banking supervision.
