Dr Ousmène Jacques Mandeng, is Co-Founder and CEO of fintech start-up Wire Coin SAS and Founder and Director of strategy consulting boutique Economics Advisory Ltd. He is a Senior Advisor to Accenture and an Accenture Luminary.

Ousmène specialises in the economics of digital monies and the digital transformation of finance. He has advised on major central bank digital currency (CBDC) projects, including Jura, E-Krona, Khokha 2, mBridge, Digital Euro. He had worked more than 20 years in senior positions in financial markets and the International Monetary Fund. He comments regularly on the impact of digital money and the international monetary system.

Ousmène is a Visiting Fellow of the London School of Economics and Political Science and Member of the Bretton Woods Committee. He holds a PhD from the LSE.
