Based in New York, Duncan is responsible for leading CLS’s audit activity globally. He reports to the Audit and Finance Committee of the CLS Board and to CEO David Puth.

Duncan brings to CLS extensive experience working with leading global professional services firms, most recently Accenture, where he served as Managing Director in the Finance and Risk Practice covering the US Northeast region. Prior to that, Duncan was Managing Director in PricewaterhouseCoopers’ (PwC’s) Risk and Compliance Analytics Practice, of which he was a founding member, and also served as Managing Director in PwC’s US Northeast Risk Assurance Practice.

Earlier in his career, Duncan held a number of roles as Partner at Ernst & Young, specializing in technology and security risk services as well as global information management and analytics. In the latter role, he led the buildout of a major service channel both in the Americas and globally.
